By accessing or using the Bellus Jets website at bellusjets.com (the “Website”) or by engaging with Bellus Jets through any communication channel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Website.
2. Services
Bellus Jets operates as an Air Charter Broker. We arrange private air transportation services on behalf of clients (“Charterers”) by connecting them with FAR Part 135 Direct Air Carriers or their foreign Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) equivalent. Bellus Jets does not own or operate aircraft and is not a direct air carrier. All flights are operated by vetted Direct Air Carriers.
3. Quote Requests and Bookings
Submitting a quote request through our Website or by contacting us does not constitute a binding reservation. A booking is confirmed only upon execution of a written charter agreement between the Charterer and the Direct Air Carrier. Aircraft availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change until a charter agreement is fully executed.
4. Payment
Payment terms are outlined in the individual charter agreement. Bellus Jets reserves the right to require a deposit or full payment prior to confirming a booking. All payments are subject to the terms specified in the charter agreement.
5. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation and change policies are governed by the individual charter agreement with the Direct Air Carrier. Clients are encouraged to review these terms carefully before confirming a booking.
6. Limitation of Liability
Bellus Jets acts solely as an intermediary between the Charterer and the Direct Air Carrier. Bellus Jets shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or expense arising from the operation of any aircraft, acts of the Direct Air Carrier or its employees, weather conditions, air traffic control, mechanical issues, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Bellus Jets.
7. SMS / Text Message Communications
By providing my phone number to Bellus Jets, I agree and acknowledge that Bellus Jets may send text messages to my wireless phone number for any purpose. Message and data rates may apply.
