Air Charter Broker Disclosure
Bellus Jets operates as an Air Charter Broker. Bellus Jets is not a direct air carrier and does not own or operate aircraft.
Bellus Jets acts as an “Authorized Agent” for the Charterer (client) and arranges air transportation services exclusively with FAR Part 135 Direct Air Carriers or their foreign Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) equivalent that operate and exercise full operational control over all flights at all times.
All flights sourced through Bellus Jets are operated by properly certificated Direct Air Carriers that meet all applicable FAA or CAA safety standards. The Direct Air Carrier is solely responsible for the operation of the aircraft, including crew, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
No Guarantee of Availability
Aircraft availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change without notice. Bellus Jets does not guarantee the availability of any specific aircraft type, operator, or departure time until a charter agreement has been fully executed between the Charterer and the Direct Air Carrier.
Mechanical Failure Coverage
Eligible trips can include access to Mechanical Failure Coverage, designed to protect clients in the event of unexpected aircraft mechanical issues by covering the difference in cost of sourcing a replacement aircraft. This additional layer of support helps reduce disruption and provides added peace of mind from quote to completion.
Limitation of Liability
Bellus Jets acts solely as an intermediary between the Charterer and the Direct Air Carrier. Bellus Jets shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or expense arising from the operation of any aircraft, acts of the Direct Air Carrier or its employees, weather conditions, air traffic control, mechanical issues, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Bellus Jets.
